Chapel Hill United Methodist Church (CHUMC), a growing congregation on the east side of Wichita, is hiring an Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor.
Key accountabilities include serving as the executive/confidential/trusted assistant to the Senior Pastor. Providing high-level support in a wide range of activities in the performance of the Senior Pastor’s administrative and ministerial responsibilities, while interacting with staff, congregational members and the community. Other general administrative duties are also involved.

Must be proficient in written and verbal communication skills, decision-making ability, attention to detail, time-management skills, knowledge of standard office equipment and computers.
Must be committed to leading from the foundation of a Christ-centered life and willing to support the mission of CHUMC.
High School Diploma is the minimum required, with some college education preferred. Desirable to have 3-5 years of experience as a senior level administrative assistant.
Full time position, requires occasional evenings and weekends
